The van has multiple unique features that make it a truly cozy living space! Such as the half kitchen with copious and beautiful countertop space, as well as all the tools to make delicious meals! Using the ceiling fan, it’s easy to make meals indoors using the cook top, and the large sink makes cleaning up a breeze. The kitchen’s many drawers and cabinets make for organization and easy accessibility of items.The sleeping area has a fixed full size mattress and bed frame, with lots of space underneath to hold all your belongings. You’ll also find the leveling blocks and shower set up underneath as well. Feel like having items within arms reach? The Ekets, small bookshelf, and wardrobe makes for quick and easy access to extra layers, chargers, headlamps, you name it.Once outside and staying idle to take in the sights, we encourage you to set up the Jackery solar panel and hook up the Jackery to charge in the morning. You’ll want that extra power to plug in your cellphones, or the projector to watch a late night movie.Worried about how the van will fare in the heat or cold? Fortunately, the van is fully insulated which raises outdoor temperatures about 10° inside the van. As for the heat, feel free to turn on the fan and throw open the side door. The Rule of the Road - Keep your eyes on the road, and your arms, legs and head inside the vehicle at all times. No burningman & No off-roading. Other than that, treat the vehicle like it is your baby, not like the rental cars you get at the airport - these vehicles are precious to their owners. It is a privilege to be able to use them - plus, it is super fun!
Owners and their renters (you), will use the original rental pick-up and drop off times as the best guess on how that process will work. As you get closer to pick-up, you will communicate directly with the owner to arrange exact times. Each day is generally considered to be 24 hours (ex. - pick-up @ noon, return @ noon). If extra time is needed on your return, you will need to address that directly with the van owner, in most cases that can be easily accommodated. Additional hours are billed at $20/hour, either deducted from your security deposit or billed in advance.
HIGH-SEASON: Memorial Day Weekend - September 30th
LOW-SEASON: October 1st - Friday before Memorial Day
Note: Daily Rates can fluctuate as much as $15-$25/day more or less depending on HIGH or LOW season. Rates are calculated when requesting a quote, making a reservation, etc.
THE LEGAL STUFF:
By signing below, you: agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement as set forth on the Face Page, in the Terms and Conditions, and any other document that you sign; acknowledge that you had an opportunity to read the entire Agreement before signing; authorize us to process a separate credit/debit card voucher in your name for all Charges, including Tolls and Violations; and authorize us to release your billing/rental information to third parties for billing/processing purposes. All
charges are subject to final audit.
