Avoid excessive noise, especially during quiet hours, to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for everyone.No Bargaining or Haggling: Our rental price is based on the value of the van, amenities provided, and operational costs. We strive to offer a fair and competitive price, so bargaining or haggling over the rental rate is not permitted.Respect for the Van: Please treat Suzanne the Van with care and respect. Avoid any activities that may cause damage to the vehicle, its interior, or its equipment. Any damage or loss of items will be the renter's responsibility.No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the van, including cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Violation of this rule will result in additional cleaning fees.Pet Policy: Well-behaved dogs are welcome for a extra fee in Suzanne the Van. During our build with our conversion company, a wire may have been damaged or dislodged, creating two changes. First, our key fob no longer connects to the van, so it must be manually locked (with the key in the door). The second is that a tire pressure monitor light is on. Our van has been inspected at Ford, and the tires are in excellent condition, and all tire pressures are perfect. So please don't worry about the light that is on.

Our first experience in a class b van, some issues that will probably be dealt with by next rental. The owner didn’t make good on offer to compensate for the non functioning heater.

Emily was great to work with. We had one issue and she made sure to call and make sure we got it figured out. The van needs new tires badly, also new wiper blades would be appreciated. Overall the van was easy to drive and did well in tight spaces. It was stocked with everything we needed and made for a great home for the week
