What’s Allowed • Pets are welcome with prior approval and a non-refundable pet deposit • Off-grid use is allowed (generator included) • Family-friendly trips, group getaways, and responsible gatherings What’s Not Allowed • No smoking or vaping inside the RV a $500 cleaning fee or more will apply • No roof access – for your safety, please do not climb on the roof • No festivals or tailgating without prior written approval • No unapproved towing of the RV (if delivery is selected) Cleaning & Care • Please return the RV in the same condition it was picked up • Excessive dirt, pet hair, or spills may result in a cleaning fee starting of $500 • Empty black and gray tanks before return, or a dumping fee may apply of $150 Bring Your Own To keep things simple and sanitary, renters must provide: • Kitchen supplies – pots, pans, utensils, dish soap, etc. • Bedding & linens – sheets, pillows, blankets, towels • Paper goods – toilet paper, paper towels, napkins • Pickup & Drop-off • Be on time for both pickup and drop-off • A late return may incur a late fee • Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately
