1. Driver Requirements – Only verified and approved drivers may operate the motorhome. Drivers must be at least 25 unless the listing states otherwise. A valid driver’s license is required at all times. 2. Driving & Safety – Maintain safe speeds of 55–65 mph. Do not drive in high winds, deep snow, or off-road. Avoid low-clearance or restricted routes. No roof access. Towing is not allowed. 3. Mileage & Generator – Daily mileage allowance is 100 miles. Generator use includes 4 hours per day. Overage fees apply if limits are exceeded. 4. Campsite Use – Park only on stable, level ground. Operate jacks, slides, and hookups properly. Follow all campground rules for fires, quiet hours, parking, and waste disposal. 5. Tanks & Hookups – Return with black and grey tanks emptied unless a tank-service add-on was purchased. Use RV-safe toilet paper only. Never drive with slides out. 6. Fuel & Propane – Return fuel at the same level as pickup, typically full. Refill propane if required by the listing. Maintain proper generator oil levels. 7. Cleaning Expectations – Remove trash, sweep or vacuum, wash dishes, wipe surfaces, and clean spills. Excessive dirtiness may result in cleaning fees. 8. Pets & Smoking – No smoking unless the owner explicitly allows it. Pet rules must be followed, and additional pet fee of 50.00 applies. 9. Damage & Responsibility – Renters are responsible for all damage during the rental. Protection plans may cover major issues, but deductibles and excluded items (tires, awnings, negligence) are renter responsibility. 10. Pickup & Return – Arrive on time for pickup and drop-off. Late returns may incur fees or additional nightly charges. A walkthrough is required at both the start and end of the rental.
