Very clean and very spacious. It has 1 slide out, that has a table and bench , along with sofa-bed. Master bedroom has 1 queen size bed. The kitchen dinette also folds into a bed. There is a bunkhouse in the rear that sleeps 5. It has all kitchen supplies you need including an outdoor refrigerator and wash sink, There is a smart TV, most rv sites include free WiFi so it’s easy for plug and play use. Fantastic a/c system that will keep you and your family cool. It has 2 propane tanks for cooking. The awning has a outdoor lights for outdoor night time fun. We offer delivery and setup on all rentalsCosa è inclusoCamping Chairs, a mat to place all your shoes on.

3.0The race was alot of fun but will not rent the RV again. We had no electrical or water hookup and ran out of water way too soon with only 2 people. We were hardly there except to sleep. Could not get the stove to work. It sparked but would not ignite. Did not want to call the host at 1 AM to fix it so really could not cook when we needed it. Our invoice says dumping tank was included in prep fee of $120.00 but when host came to pick up RV we were informed THEN that he will call the racetrack services to empty and we needed to pay an additional $80.00 for that. Never was that told to us before. Will not rent from cariplexrental again.
