"Big Blue" Ford E-350 Extended Diesel

We had an excellent experience with Q Campervans. We rented for 21 days a really nice and convient campervan named Big Blue. The booking procedure went smooth. Quenell was pro-active and honest and overall flexibel during the whole process/trip we made in beautiful British Columbia. We want definitely come back to Canada and again renting one of his campervans. The camper, Big Blue was well equipped and easy to drive. But more important, mechanical no issues. So if you have plans , we would say go for it and rent a campervan from Q Campervans , a van with a personal touch.

We hired Big Blue for 24 days for a trip to Alaska. All our communication from start to finish, plus the vehicle induction was very informative and not rushed. We were very happy with that service. The pick up and drop off location is very convenient, right next to Port Moody train station. The van was clean with all the appropriate appliances required and well stocked. It was mechanically sound with good tread on tyres. In our 24 days in the van we camped in a variety of locations with two nights on the side of the road at a pull-in. We were surprised how well insulated the van was from the traffic noise, you could hardly hear anything. We found the fridge and power adequate for at least 3 days storage as we were cooking every evening. Depending on your hire time, I would recommend to take extra water because water in Canada on the road is hard to source. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and would not hesitate to recommend Quennel and Q Campers.

The van is fully equipped, we have missed absolutely nothing. Everything worked well, and Quennel has helped immediately with any open questions during the trip. So we felt 100% safe in every minute of our trip. Absolutely outstanding!

Booking has been fantastic from the beginning. Quennel has been such a nice person to rent a van from. It was our 1st van rental and he made himself 100% available at any given time to answer every questions we could have (even before the booking was initiated, or while we were on the road). We had a little issue with the battery during the trip, but Quennel tried his best to help us during the rental. The van himself had everything you could need inside and the mattress was great for sleeping. We highly recommend booking with Q Campervans!

Without any doubt: a five star rating from first contact till drop off a great 18 days journey! Booking process was easy and self-explained. Pick-up and drop off was very easy and not complicated. We rented Big-Blue, which was very clean, comfortable and had everything what we needed. Q was really forthcoming, flexible and always available if required. At pickup he took the time to explain us everything and he also took us on a short testdrive, which we really appreciated. Our vacation with Big Blue was great and we would highly recommend a booking with Q.
