• Awning Care: Awnings are very expensive and NOT covered by most insurance. Always retract the awning at night, if you leave the campsite, or if it gets windy/rainy.
• Sewer & Waste: Use only RV-specific toilet paper (provided). Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or paper towels, as they will clog the system immediately.
• No Smoking: This is a strictly smoke-free unit. Any evidence of smoking (including vaping or cannabis) will result in the forfeiture of your entire security deposit for deep cleaning.
• The RV must remain on paved roads or designated gravel roads within licensed campgrounds. No beach driving, logging roads, or "mudding" allowed.
• Equipment Use: If using the included paddleboard, please rinse with fresh water after use in salt water. If renting the inverter generator, it must be operated outside the unit at all times and never left unattended while running.
• Excessive Cleaning Penalty: The Prep Fee covers standard cleaning. However, if the RV is returned with extreme mud, stains on upholstery, heavy odors, or unwashed dishes, an additional $200 Excessive Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the security deposit.
