• No Smoking or Vaping: Our RV is a smoke-free space, including inside and within 25 feet of the vehicle. Please respect this policy to ensure a clean and pleasant environment for everyone. • Cooking & Odor: To maintain a clean, pleasant environment for all guests, please avoid frying seafood or preparing strongly scented foods inside the RV. These types of odors can absorb into soft surfaces and are difficult to eliminate. We kindly ask that such cooking be done outside whenever possible. Any lingering odors or residue may result in an additional cleaning or deodorizing fee. • Cleanliness & Condition: We kindly ask that the RV be returned in the same condition it was delivered. This includes removing all personal trash, wiping down surfaces after use, and keeping the space generally tidy throughout your stay. If the RV requires excessive cleaning beyond standard turnover (including heavy messes, stains, or neglected cleanup), an additional cleaning fee may be applied. • Pet Policy: Pets must be well-trained, housebroken, and may not be left unattended in the RV at any time. Due to space limitations, large breeds are not permitted. Any damage or excessive cleaning required will incur additional charges. • Awning Use: Awnings must be retracted during rain or windy conditions to prevent damage. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by failure to follow this rule. • Careful Handling of Appliances: Please handle all appliances, electrical systems, and plumbing with care. Do not overload systems (AC, fridge, stove) and follow guidelines for safe and proper use. • Damage or Loss: Renters are responsible for any damage during the rental. Please report issues immediately. A security deposit is required and refunded after a satisfactory return inspection.
