1. No Smoking, vaping, or drug use is allowed in the vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages. 2. No climbing on the ladder or roof of the RV. (The ladder has prior damage and will result in further damage if it is climbed on) 3. Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result. 4. Renter is responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded. 5. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by the insurer and alert the owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided with approval before hand. 6. Do not leave awning out unattended. This is especially important as the awning can act like a sail and result in major damage to the RV with any wind gusts or storms that may blow through during your stay. Always pull in awning before going to sleep at night. 7. Do not leave sewer hose attached to RV and hooked up to sewer hook ups during your stay. Leaving the tanks continually open will result in bugs and sewer flies coming up through the tanks and up into the RV. Do not hook up sewer house until you are ready to dump the tanks. We recommend checking your level gauges and dumping as they become 3/4 full. 8. ENJOY YOUR STAY! Safe travels and wide turns! :)
