(Preparation fee is not the cleaning fee) the way you take the RV out is the way it should be returned unless you plan on paying cleaning fees which is OK . excessive deep cleaning will be an extra $100. cleaning with a windshield wiper just won’t cut it. you might be charged damage fee’s done to it.. It’ll take a more than a few hours to clean inside and out ,professional RV detailer recommended..”not a party bus” This is our family RV it is very clean (children, friendly).No crossing into other countries,sorry no Mexico due to insurance issues .

Pickup and drop-off were smooth and easy, with great communication throughout the entire process.

5.0Rv runs great. Owner has it well maintained and explains everything you need to know from the beginning. He is very upfront with fees that may occur. But he is very fair and will work with you. The RV was fun and reliable. Perfect for the group I had of four.

4.0Upon arrival to pick up RV, we were briefed about the equipment etc. Then we “inspected” the RV -as we took pictures. During the “inspection” we did not “inspect “ the “door and screen door, since it was opened for us by the host and remained opened during the duration of the pickup. Upon return of the RV, we were blamed for a broken screen handle. All that WE recall, is that the screen door wasn’t closing properly during the trip- but In all fairness, can’t say for sure. Why? Because during the original inspection, the screen door was NEVER inspected by us the renters. We were charged for a “broken screen handle”. It’s impossible! to “inspect” every inch of a rental!!!! Otherwise, RV was clean and host was very helpful.
