Accommodating, clear communication
Nancy was accommodating regarding pick-up and drop-off schedules. Guests appreciated her clear and easy communication throughout the rental process.
Maintenance and amenity issues
Guest reported uncleaned exterior, awning, and windows. Several items were not functional or missing: a power cord for BBQ/stove, sway bars, backup camera, and two interior lights. Cookware was also limited.

4.0L’extérieur , l’auvent et les fenêtres n’avaient pas été nettoyé. Il manquait un fil et je n’ai pas pu utiliser ni le BBQ ni le poêle d’appoint. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de casseroles seulement un petit kit. Il n’y avait pas de swing bars et la camera de recul ne fonctionnait pas. Il y avait 2 lumières qui ne fonctionnaient pas a l’intérieur.
