• Waste Tank Dumping: For sanitary reasons, please ensure the waste tanks are emptied before returning the RV. A $299 dumping fee will apply if the tanks are not emptied.

If the RV is returned with any odors, a restoration fee of $1000 or the actual cost of professional cleaning, deodorization, and restoration, whichever is higher, will be applied. Additional charges may apply for any loss of rental income incurred during the restoration process.

• Late Returns: Please return the RV by the agreed-upon drop-off time. A one-hour grace period is provided. Late returns without prior consent will be subject to a $49/hour late fee, up to a maximum of $350 per day.

• Abandonment: The RV must be returned to the designated drop-off location. Failure to do so will result in a $2500 fee or the cost of transporting/towing the RV to the correct location, whichever is higher.
