This Camper is fantastic for a couple with 1 small child or pets. It has a camper Queen size bed. Lift supports make it easy to access the ample storage under the bed. Camper has a great furnace for a cool night and quiet AC for the hot and humid ones. Extra large bathroom is the best feature of the camper. Makes it easy to wash a kid or dog if necessary. The large awning makes plenty of shade on a sunny day. Camper has large windows for plenty of fresh air.Ball size is 2-5/16". Trailer has electric brakes if your vehicle is equipped. Its light weight at 3381lbs. Hitch weight is 485lbs. Pulls with most SUV (check vehicle manufacturer recommendations for weight and towing limits) Can carry 27 gallons of fresh water and has a 30gal. grey water and a 30gal black water tanks. Total length from bumper to hitch is 21.5 feet. Height is 10.5 feet. Has propane water heater, stove, and furnace. Has a 240v 30 amp plug . However, runs great on 115v 20 amp.
