Staying in this comfortable & clean XL Trailer with 2 slide outs is like staying in a little house. Separate master bedroom with full bed, twin leather couch, additional lounge area and a guest bedroom that features two twin beds. Central Air with A/C & Heat, shower, lounger on our semi private site. Access for one vehicle to park aside unit. The park offers luscious landscape of green grass wrapped in tall trees with a scenic fishing pond in a serene setting. All while conveniently located miles away from Lake Conroe, Grocery Stores, Shopping Outlets, and Entertainment.-Guest access-
Guest also has access to all the amenities within Trailer, the park Fishing Dock with Pond, on-site laundry (coin operated) showers, and Nature Trail. Moreover the accomodation comes with access to a close Lake Conroe Resort with an in-ground pool (open 9AM - 9PM Tuesday-Sunday; closed Monday for cleaning), Marina with boat slip rental available (upon availability), lighted fishing piers, On-Premise JetSki & Boat Rental (at additional cost), Kids Playground, Tennis Courts, and Basketball court (equipment not provided).-Guest interaction-

A vehicle is require to get around as there is little to no public transportation. There are available local taxi's and/or Uber upon request.-Other things to note-
By booking you agree you have read this and will discard all paper products in a trash receptacle in the bathroom. This includes toilet paper. The sewage system is only designed to handle organic waste. Should there be a backup you will pay for sewage service. The beds have a max weight limit that may not exceeded as well as the Trailer is not suitable for guest over 6 foot in height.
