Very clean. 4 sleeping areas: 2 Queen size beds, a fold-out couch, and a dinette that turns into a bed. Silverware, plates, bowls, pot, and pan included. 4 camp chairs. Non-smoking. About 3200lbs dry.
Use your own propane or add it on. Blackstone Flattop Grill and firepit are available upon request.

Great little camper for our family of four and our dog! Had a great time hauling this guy to watch the total Solar Eclipse in Terre Haute, IN. It had everything we needed for the trip and we all slept comfortably. The awning was perfect for the rain that we experienced during the trip. Great communication from Michael, the owner. Appreciated the quick responses and the informative video for the trailer. Highly recommend! Thanks Michael!

Yes. It is near 4,000 lbs and the break control will help you stop safer. If your vehicle is not wired in for a break controller, no problem! I have a Bluetooth break controller that you can add on for $25. You will need to download the Kurt Break Controller App.
