4.0We had a decent trip overall and the RV met our basic needs, which we appreciated. The owner was also flexible with pick-up and drop-off times, which made things a lot more convenient. That said, there were a few issues worth noting. The van wasn’t as clean as we expected upon pickup, and there was a large crack/hole in the windshield that hadn’t been disclosed ahead of time.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We can be very flexible with pick up and drop off depending on if there will be back-to-back renters or not. Just contact us and we can work it out on a case-by-case basis.

What comes stocked in the van for eating and cooking?
A.
Washable plastic plates, cups, and bowls. Full set of silverware. Coffee mugs. Cutting board. Knives. A set of stackable campfire pots with lids and a pan. Can opener. Cooking utensils. One roasting stick. Dish soap. Sponge. Dish towels. One roll of paper towels. Lighter. Two burners. Mini fridge with (very) small freezer.

How long does the pick-up process take?
A.
When you come to pick up our van, we provide a full walkthrough tour and explain how everything works. If you have experience with campers or RVs, this takes between 20-30 minutes. If you do not have experience, this can take up to 45 minutes to ensure you have a full understanding of the vehicle prior to departure.
Q.
How long does the drop-off process take?
A.
As long as there were no incidents involved on trip and we are in agreement on the fuel/propane levels and mileage used, then the drop off process takes no longer than 10-15 minutes.
