This RV sleeps 10 and is fully stocked ready to go! Dishes and cookware are all included. This unit has a one queen bed master bedroom with a conventional door, 2 double beds, a convertible sofa bed and a convertible dinette for a bed. Bluetooth radio equipped.Upon rental, I will deliver, setup and pickup the RV to the below listed nearby campgrounds all of which are miles from nearby beaches! If you are looking for another campground and don’t see it here, just ask and I can still deliver within reason!! Need some extra sleeping space in your driveway, I can do that too! Thanks to Neshawn we had a great vacation at Assateaque State Park! Neshawn dropped off/set up RV within 15 minutes of our arrival. He walked us through everything and immediately responded to texts with any question we had during the week. The RV was well equipped with a brand new QUIET generator to charge up battery and run air conditioner, utensils and general cooking supplies, camp chairs, etc. RV was clean and in great condition. If there was a downside, it would be the thin mattresses on the bunk beds. Next time we would bring some additional cushion to make it more comfortable to sleep on. I would HIGHLY recommend Neshawn and his RV!! We will definitely be using it again.

The Jubilee Family Camper is everything and more that we wanted for this first trip to Assateague. It was set up for us on time, super clean, well equipped and perfectly comfortable. The owner was very attentive via text messaging and we felt very comfortable in all communications.

AMAZING experience all the way! Reservation communication was prompt and clear. Delivery was right on time and accomodating (site was difficult with a weird location for water/electric). Trailer was in great shape and VERY well equipped, also a great layout and very comfortable. We will book again for sure!

The camper was great. Everything worked and Neshawn was very accommodating. We had the camper for 2 weeks and enjoyed it. Neshawn even came to our site to refill propane tanks. He was always available if we needed him. We will rebook for next year.
