5.0This trip had the potential to bring all kinds of issues with it: Thanksgiving week, cold weather, late night arrival, etc. We were coming from out of State to visit family on Thanksgiving and were a few bedrooms short, so we rented this RV to stay in on the property. Michael was available from the start, making sure to stay in contact with us weeks in advance and prepare for our arrival, evening going as far as dropping the RV off the night before so we didn’t have to set it up on Thanksgiving day. Unfortunately - especially with the cold weather - we had some issues with a propane tank and the RV wasn’t heating, Michael answered our call immediately and was at the properly within an hour ON THANKSGIVING DAY with new equipment to make sure the problem was resolved. We then enjoyed the weekend, and the RV did a great job of providing us with a warm place to stay. The RV was clean, stayed warm in the bitter cold (under 20 degrees), and was plenty spacious for myself, my wife, and our 7 month old son. I highly recommend Michael and his RV and will look to work with him again in the future.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

All the necessary hookups are marked and clearly labeled in the storage containers in the front of the vehicle. During the walk around your host will explain all the setup and drain procedures.

Do you have AC and Heat when Boondocking?
A.
This camper is designed ultimately for RV setup. The only amenities that do not work when not hooked up is AC and Microwave. These items Pull heavy AMP draw when operating. They would require a Generator with enough Amp handling capabilities to operate. 25 gallon Water tank on board. Pressurized by a pump allows all water amenities to operate. This includes hot water. Refrigerator will also work Via propane and 12v battery. Limits of the camper is the 12V system battery life.
