It has a beautiful interior with a large living room, kitchen, bath and private bedroom.We're happy to deliver within a 100 mile radius of Pine Island MN. Please note the size and utility requirements when making your campsite reservations. Hi we're Elisabeth and Mark! This is our beautiful second home! Mark is a web developer and teacher who enjoys painting, and Elisabeth is a Master Naturalist who enjoys photography. We live in MN during the summer spend the winter months in Arizona exploring and boon-docking with our trusty dogs Eddie and Nigel. • Only people and pets listed in the reservation may stay in the camper.
• No smoking or vaping in the camper. No candles, incense or open flames. You are responsible for any damages. A $200 minimum fee will be charged for any odor removal required.
• Please complete the Checkout List in the handbook. A $200 minimum fee will be charged if the camper is not returned clean.
• If there is no sewer connection and no dump station available at the campground, a $50 fee will be charged for off-site dumping.

Our host had great communication and made our weekend getaway a wonderful time. The RV was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. The included internet access was a bonus for our kids. I would highly recommend them.

RV exactly as described. Looked brand new and was spotless. There were videos and a binder to answer any questions we had. Plus Elsabeth and Mark were very responsive both before and during the rental when any questions arose.

Q.Does the camper work off-grid (dry camping/boondocking)
A.
Yes! We boondock often. The camper has a large solar and battery setup. We also have a generator available. The toilet is waterless (not composting) too. Please be aware that our water tank is 43 gallons. You'll need to conserve water during your stay.
Q.Can I pick the camper up and tow it with my own vehicle?
A.
No. We provide delivery only.
Q.What flexibility is available for delivery and pickup of the camper?
A.
We'll work with you to find the best time for both delivery and pickup. Check with your campground about their check-in and check-out times.
