There is a pull out sofa that will sleep 2 comfortably. There is also a bunk bed nook that can comfortably sleep one adult or 2 children. The table does NOT make a bed. The bathroom has a roomy stand up shower with doors. Built in Bluetooth radio with indoor and outdoor speakers. Automatic awning outside with LED lights. Two air conditioners/heaters and ceiling fan. The trailer has farmhouse style accents/decorations. Large walk in pantry. Small propane grill and outdoor chairs included.
