2018 Winnebago intent includes the tailgaters package.Unless otherwise negotiated, all rentals are pickup after 3pm and return before 1pm on the day it is due.Each rental is by the night, not a daily rate. Mileage per day applies to each night. 100 miles included per night.No towing of any kind is permitted.No smoking. Smoker cleaning fee $600.If using during freezing/winter months will charge $75.00 to rewinterize.Please return the RV in the same condition it was given. There will be an $80 cleaning fee if the RV is not returned back in its original condition. This includes, sleeping areas, floors, bathrooms, etc. Please take note of the condition when the rental begins.Waste tanks are typically not completely empty upon pickup. Some black water and gray water is required to be present for the cleaning solutions to work properly. Renters should understand that at the end of their use of the RV, a check tank is required. If the tank sensor reads higher than average, it needs to be emptied at a RV dump station. Failure to do so, will result in a $50 dump waste fee.Upon picking up the RV. Gas gauge will read Full. IF RV is not returned with a full tank of gas. We will charge $6/gal to fill.Additional days can be added if other renters are not scheduled. The standard per day booking fee would apply to additional days. If other renters are scheduled and the unit is not brought back on time, renter would be charged for the days of lost rental time at the standard rate, plus any fees refunded to other renters.
