Meet our Airstream Basecamp!This is a 'vacation house' for our family of 3 including a 8-year-old boy. Our trailer offers a comfortable, cozy space and a memorable experience for your travel journey.It has everything from a kitchen to a full bath. It is relatively smaller than many other trailers so it is flexible and easier to handle. RaccomandazioniIf you are new to RV camping, I suggest full-hookup RV camping but we have done 2~3 days boondocking if you don't need AC or microwave. Does the fridge work well without shore power? How many days can it run on battery?

A.

The fridge works well without power hookup. It runs on 12v. The firdge works even while you are driving. The trailer has solar panel that charges during the day time but it will depend on how much sun and how much electricity you will use. We tried a few days without electricity hookup and there was no issue.

Hi we are a family of three. We owned our Airstream trailer for about a year and travel around the SF Bay area most of the time with our 6-year-old boy. Recently we towed our trailer all the way to Portland Oregon and enjoyed the trip to Bend/Crater Lake. It was our longest trip with the trailer and we loved it.
