3The lack of concern when we reported ants in the unit was one reason for the rating. When I called and asked about the coffee maker, the rep that answered the phone said she knew we didn't have one because the cleaning lady had broken the one in the unit. She also said she was delivering another unit at that time and could drop by to give us another one. I told her I didn't want her to go out of her way and she said it would be out of her way to do so; it was not worth the headache to cause her to bring us another coffee pot. If it was known that the pot was broken, I don't understand why it was not replaced before delivery. I also questioned why we didn't have a broom/mop to clean; it was stated that the "prep" fee was for cleaning. Perhaps it should have been noted on the invoice that it was a "cleaning fee". Extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service.
