Our family has enjoyed the opportunity to explore the county, expose our children to new places and experience, and appreciate the grandness and diversity of our country. This was our first trip on an RV and Jens couldn’t have made it any easier. He answered questions quickly and offered helpful tips for planning our trip (even before we booked). He has created an app with helpful orientation videos which were very helpful to reference as we set up camp for the first time. The RV was well stocked, SO clean and in great shape. We drove to the Grand Canyon with our three young sons (ages 6,5 and 3). The only thing it was missing was a blanket for the pull out twin bed (only came with sheets) so we will plan ahead for that or ask ahead next time. We had a wonderful experience and plan to RV again in the future and will be contacting Jens if our travels bring us back to Arizona!

We had a lot of fun on our trip up to Bryce Canyon........The RV worked out great. Jens is great to work with and is very helpful and responsive to any concerns you may have regarding the use of the RV. Dont even hesitate to rent it from him.

Jens walked us through all the "need to know" basics for us, as this was our first 10 day RV trip. The videos he created were extremely helpful, definitely watch them. We didn't have any issues with the vehicle, and our trip was incredible. We would definitely rent again. The vehicle was very spacious for our family of 4.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We are generally flexible with a few days notice, otherwise I will be responsive over messaging in outdoorsy, and via my phone/text messages.
Q.Can you tow something with this RV?
A.
We do not permit towing of any kind. Towning will forfeit the security deposit.
Q.On departure days, when do we pickup the RV?
A.
On departure days, we try do all pickups between 1 and 3 PM. We prefer to do all pickups in day light. Please anticipate about a 30 minute time for orientation on the various systems on the motor home. We will then do a 10 - 15 minute test drive to make sure you are comfortable with driving.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

As a reminder the pickup time is scheduled at noon, and drop off is 6 PM. If you need to adjust either of these times please let me know in advance.
