Comes fully loaded with linens, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, cups, 4 rolls of toilet paper, camping chairs and outdoor rug. Two propane tanks provided.NO Smoking/Vaping - There will be a smoke smell removal fee. For future renters/families who do not want the smell of cigarettes/cigars/vape smoke (does not include campfire smell).Domestic travel only - No Mexico/CanadaIf you are camping with no power hookup, a generator is required for amenities: A/C, Microwave, coffee maker. I recently rented a travel trailer for a weekend getaway, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The pick-up process was quick and hassle-free—everything was thoroughly explained, and I felt confident with the trailer's setup before heading out.

We went on a week long excursion. Roughly 1800miles round trip for a family vacation. The RV functioned as intended. The Rv was fully stocked with everything you may ever need and then some. The owner was friendly and was more than willing to accommodate pickup and arrival times. RV was clean on pickup, and was well maintained. Owner gave a detailed brief tutorial on how to use standard equipment and ensured the fridge was running per my request. Simply bring and load your food/gear and your off!
