Overall, we would not use this vehicle, this host or Outdoorsy again. The vehicle does not have a generator so the a/c and electrical outlets do not work unless it is hooked up to shore power; somehow this was not mentioned in the description. The bottom bed is a fold-down bench seat with a piece of foam rubber over it; it is not particularly comfortable. On the positive side, at least the engine ran fine.
We feel we were rooked on the mileage. We thought we had 200 included miles per day; when we went to pick up the vehicle, all of a sudden, it was 75 miles per day. We had to buy an additional 1000 miles for $750 at the last minute in the park parking lot and then had to buy an additional 600ish miles at $1.10/mile when we returned the vehicle. The confusion seems to stem from the fact that the first RV we booked was canceled by the owner, ostensibly because he planned to sell the vehicle, and the second RV we booked as a replacement had different terms. Apparently, Outdoorsy does not have a standard rental contract.
Cancellations, uncomfortable beds, unexpected fees that effectively double the cost--next trip we will fly, stay in a hotel, and either rent a car or use rideshare. That way, what we are paying and what we get for that will be straightforward.

The RV was exactly as expected. We received the RV close to Phoenix Airport and got a very helful instructions. During our trip we had a few questions which were answered immediately. We went to Sedona, Flagstaff, Monument Valley, Lake Powell and the Grand Canyon. During out trip we had tenperatures from 28 to 72 degrees, most of the time at cam sites without electricity or water. The heating and all fearures of the RV were easy to use and worked great. We met the host the airport RV return point and he gave us a ride to the terminal we needed to go. Thanks for the wonderful experience!

Overall, great trip. The van was perfect size for just me and would have been fine for another person. I wouldn't do more than 2 people in this vehicle. Van was in great shape and rode like a dream on the highway. Host was very responsive and helped me several times on the trip. Pickup and drop off were both very smooth. Highly recommend and will definitely be doing this again in the future.

I will always remember one of our customers - family of 5 with 3 kids - traveled over a month in such a unit and they were super pleasant! Renting a camper van made for a most-excellent adventure! Highly recommended! The Solis with the pop up bed allows for up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. We traveled all around AZ and boondocked (for free) multiple nights.
This van parks easily in a regular parking space too so we were able to get in some parking areas that other campers couldn’t. The shower/potty area is small so just know that in advance. We rented a pop up shower as an accessory and we’re able to shower outside of the van one warm evening.
The TB Outdoors host was very helpful and responsive.
