This quaint trailer has one dining room slide where bench converts to a full bed. Comes equipped with a Queen bed, with a 32 inch TV (upon request) with full auto system. Stereo, CD, DVD and Bluetooth with WiFi booster and indoor outdoor speakers. Full kitchen, 2 burner stove top, refrigerator, microwave/convection oven. A/C for Summer, Heater and Winterized for Winter. Small bathroom, shower combo with sink. Higher profile for off road. Generator and small BBQ available. Perfect for 3 adults or 2 adults 2 's super easy to tow with a smaller vehicle. Great alternative to a pop up trailer when you want that camping feel with the touches of home.

No Smoking of any kind including vaping inside the trailer. No climbing on the roof. The trailer must be returned reasonably clean. If I have to sweep up mud or clean up spills I will charge a cleaning fee taken from your deposit. Reasonable care is appreciated. No one is to ride in the trailer while being towed. Black and Grey tanks must be dumped prior to returning. There will be a dump fee if not property dumped.

My husband and I purchased our trailer because I need nature. We are empty nesters and love to hike and find unexplored places. We have to grown daughters that were raised exploring Arizona and the rest of the US one forest at a time. I have three grand kids I can't wait to do the same with.
