Had a great experience with Mark and Heather, this being my first time every renting an RV. They were thorough in explaining all the bells and whistles as well as being able to quickly answer questions during my trip. The RV is older and there were some minor issues that arose during the trip but overall driving and living in the RV was pleasant.

Mark and Heather were great hosts! We couldn’t ask for a better level of communication and flexibility. Any of the issues that we encountered along the way they made right.
The RV was roomy for the size. We love the big captains chairs for driving. They swivel which adds a level of convenience when we were parked and all wanted to be together. The seats are comfortable. The driver’s seat leans to the right a little after a 100K+ miles of use. There is a backup camera that makes parking a lot easier.
The slide out is amazing! In the main space, there is a fold out queen sized bed with an air mattress to sleep on. Ours didn’t work the whole trip, but I know they are replacing it. The kitchen was fully stocked with 5 settings. The bathroom is spacious. There are 3 TVs and a DVD. The hydraulic twin bed over the driving area is genius!
We would definitely rent from Mark and Heather again!
