Responsive, helpful, and accommodating
Mark and Heather consistently respond quickly, resolve issues professionally, offer flexible pickup/drop-off, and provide extras without upcharges like additional equipment or alternative RVs.
Older model, mixed driving experience
The RV is old with high miles but generally works well and is comfortable. However, cruise control often failed, AC intermittently stopped, and some noted a hot footwell and generator issues during trips.

4.0Pickup and return was easy, the car worked well although is very old and had ridiculously high miles. The biggest issues that really caused a huge problem for me is that the cruise control did not work. Driving 2300 miles with the foot on the pedal is far from ideal. If the owner would tell me in advance the cruise control does not work I would look for a different car.

5.0Great instructions on using the rv. Everything went very smooth. Rv was comfortable and worked great. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and 2 big dogs. Thanks!
