Responsive, flexible, supportive hosts
Mark and Heather are highly responsive, available for questions, and resolve issues professionally. They are flexible with pick-up/drop-off, provided extra amenities, and offered alternative vehicles when original was damaged.
Easy to drive, but aging
This older, high-mileage RV (190k miles) is generally easy to drive and spacious for families. However, cruise control is often non-functional, AC can cut out, and the ride is not always smooth. It provides good internal storage, comfortable beds, and includes useful amenities.

4.0Pickup and return was easy, the car worked well although is very old and had ridiculously high miles. The biggest issues that really caused a huge problem for me is that the cruise control did not work. Driving 2300 miles with the foot on the pedal is far from ideal. If the owner would tell me in advance the cruise control does not work I would look for a different car.

5.0Great instructions on using the rv. Everything went very smooth. Rv was comfortable and worked great. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and 2 big dogs. Thanks!

5.0Mark and Heather were very responsive and helpful. There is a ton of storage on the inside. On the outside, not so much. But there was plenty of room to store what we needed for a 4 night trip. Everything was clean and we had no problems with anything. We would rent this RV again from Over The Moon.

5.0Mark and Heather are great at communicating with their clients. The rv we originally rented was damaged and no longer available, but they were able to set us up with another one at no additional cost. The hours for pick up and drop off are super flexible. But great experience renting from them again, highly recommend.
