Extremely communicative and accommodating
Mark and Heather provide detailed instructions, respond quickly, offer flexible pick-up/drop-off, and assist with issues like airport pickup, mechanical problems, and even potential RV replacements.
Older RV, easy to drive
Most found the older RV easy to drive, handling well with backup cam and cruise control. While generally well-maintained, one guest reported severe issues: exhaust in cab, stuck door, faulty AC, non-opening windows, and subpar cleanliness.

5.0This was our first RVing trip, and this was the perfect vehicle to start with. It handles well, was easy to drive, has a back up cam and cruise control. It also has a CD player, which we very much enjoyed. It was just my husband and I, so we had plenty of room. Bed was comfy. The RV is a bit older (as described) which took the pressure off of driving it a bit and was good for first timers like us. Mark was accommodating and personable. And explained everything we needed to know in a way that was easy to retain. Would recommend. 👍🏻👍🏻

1.0Exhaust was in the cab, main door, locked us in, A/C kept shutting off, main large windows would not open, cleanliness was subpar. Cut our trip in half an RV had to be picked up from campsite.

5.0If you’re looking to book for EDC or anything really, this is a reliable family owned business. RV was great all weekend, communication was great since day 1 I booked. Overall, 10/10 (:
