Unit is to be returned in the same condition as it was received. Renter has unlimited financial responsibility for negligent damages caused to the RV during rental. Personal contents are never covered by insurance. Awning damage is not covered by insurance. The following charges will be deducted from your Security Deposit: Failure to dump holding tanks, toll fees, and the cost of repairs for any damages noted during check-in inspection. Smoking inside the RV are strictly prohibited and will result in forfeit of the entire security deposit.
