(depending on temperature, it may not be advised to de-winterize unit, and therefore will not have water. Discount will be applied if only using as a bedroom without water available.)"Tiny Tim" is our perfect couples get away camper with a full sized queen mattress!!! , and can be towed by *almost* any vehicle! . While it can sleep 2 small children on the dinette, we don't recommend it. The dual axels make this incredibly easy to tow, and very stable on the road. The camper is very cozy, but offers everything you need for a short, or long trip. With a 13kBTU AC, propane heat with an upgraded residential thermostat, an upgraded 12V fridge that will keep your food cold the entire trip, a TV with a digital antenna, and cable hookups, power stabilizers, and no slides to worry about, its perfect for those new to the RV lifestyle, or those that want something small and simple to set up. This camper is easy to park, and to get into tight campsites. If you're looking for something small, light, but fully hard sided, then you have found your next adventure! Tiny Tim is perfect for those that don't want the hassle of something large, but want all the comforts of home, wrapped up into a little box. Check out all the pictures for an in depth look! If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. We have loved camping in this RV, and hope you will too!Pickup time after 4PM on weekdays, Time is flexible on weekends. 5Amazing adventure! Two weeks starting from Colorado Springs, CO to: NM, AZ, NV, CA, OR, UT, WY and back. Tiny Tim pulled like a champ, a really easy tow. The camper came fully equipped with supplies throughout. Ask Patrick for any and all questions as I had a dozen or so and he always promptly replied back. Patrick is super easy going and a great host! My wife and I slept quite comfortably in Tiny Tim, AC blows cold and Heat works well too. Don't worry about power adapters for different campgrounds, Patrick has it covered. A couple of tips I learned as a beginner trailer camper; Fule: I didn't figure that my trucks gas milage would plummet to about 7 gals per mile. Something to think about when you travel to a state like CA with crazy gas price around $5.50 a gal. Never thought I'd be happy to see $3 gal in UT, WY, and CO... Also, liquid waste, if you empty black/grey water every chance you can during a long haul will minimize (a tiny bit) weight. Here are some pics of our travels in the Tiny Tim all the way to CA and back!

5Patrick went above and beyond the duties of a host. We arrived approximately an hour late for delivery and he did not show in bit of impatience that would’ve been perfectly entitled to him at that point. The camper was immaculately clean and the handoff was textbook. He arrived on time for the pick up and was just as gracious and pleasant as it was for the drop off. This is what makes outdoors a blessing… We would rent tiny Tim again in a heartbeat!

Frequently asked questions
Q.
What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up is at 4 PM Weekdays, and after 10 AM weekends, We must be present to help you hook up and sign paperwork. Please plan at least 1 hour to hook up, go over the lesson on the camper, and complete paperwork.
Q.
How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
This will be gone over in the lesson, or video, depending on what is available.
Q.
It's my first time, how will I know what to do?
A.
Upon your arrival, I will provide a 30 minute (or longer depending on your needs) tutorial on how to operate the camper in its entirety, if I am not available, there will be a linked video going over the hook-up, set up, and take down of the camper. You will also have access to this video at all times, as long as you have cell service/wifi
Q.
How's the mattress?
A.
As with most campers, its not your sleep number or memory foam. It is pretty firm, with a foam eggshell sheet to help soften it up,
