If the motor home is returned plastered with bugs and soiled then there will be an add on charge of $80.00 for washing the motor home. For the the interior we expect it to be returned clean also and items put back in the proper place, we do not expect the linens to be washed by the renter. If the motor home is returned dirty on the interior, there will be an add on charge for cleaning of $75.00 minimum. Our motorhome is not available or allowed to be used to attend Burning Man or any other like events.

We enjoy wide open spaces and seek places and times away from the crowds, like riding a UTV in Moab Utah in December, yes its cold, but we just go prepared for the cold. This is a sample of the adventures we seek.
We have six grown children, there spouses and grandchildren, we enjoy family and family adventures and we combine adventures with family when ever possible. Having everything already packed and ready to go makes adventures more easily possible.
