This small but mighty camper is the perfect size for a small family. Sleeps 4 comfortably with a queen bed and twin-size bunk beds (dinette can also fold down into a bed, if needed). Camper also includes a small refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner gas cooktop, air conditioner, an electric fireplace, a tub/shower combo, and a power tongue jack.We are a pet friendly camper! We love camping with our dogs and want you to be able to do the same.This camper would be perfect for those wanting to boondock! Window unit A/C in the camper can be run on 15-amp power with a small generator or 110 V house outlet.This small camper weighing less than 4,000 lbs can be easily towed by many mid sized and larger vehicles. in a nightmare of a trip this was truly the highlight. Camper was comfortable and clean. Everything worked properly. And even had to keep it a few extra days due to my vehicle breaking down. Hailey was awesome to work with, and very understanding. Thank you guys so much.

•Tow vehicle must be a mid-sized SUV or pickup or larger vehicle with at least a 5000 lb tow rating and be equipped with a class III 2" receiver hitch and a 7-prong trailer light plug. • Up to Two Pets are welcomed but you are responsible for any mess or damage caused by pets including any urine spots or chewing damage. • This is not an off road capable travel trailer. Any damage or mud indicating that it was abused and pulled off road through mud will result in deposit being withheld and the renter will be responsible for any damages. Trailer has very low ground clearance. Trailer should only be used in areas easily accessible by paved or gravel road. • Absolutely no smoking in or near RV. • $50 charge for dumping black & gray tanks if returned not empty. • Power Awning must be rolled in at all times when you are away from the RV or during rain, storms, or wind.
