•trailer sleeps 6-8 Comfortably-1 separate queen bedroom
-Bunk Bed
- Dinette that converts into a twin
- Couch that converts into a twin•Full kitchen set up including fridge, microwave. Plenty of storage for food•43in smart tv including Netflix, HBO, Stars, and Disney Plus*Fireplace for those cozy nights* Bathroom will be stocked with Hand soap, hand towels, Poo-Pourri, Shower caddy, fresh clean towels, toilet paper, which is a special type only made for RV’s. Nothing else can be flushed due to blockage•Outdoor
-beer fridge, small breakfast griddle, portable shower, storage•Pets are allowed but must be supervised at all times any damage will cause a Fee•Pet Policy – Dogs are not allowed to be on top of cushions. Dogs can Never be left unattended inside the recreational vehicle. We will charge a cleaning/damage fee for excessive pet hair or if furniture is damaged.Raccomandazioni-Pechanga

Monique, the owner, was super nice, and communication was 5 stars. The trailer is nice and comfy. AC works AMAZING!! We were in 110° weather at Lake Perris, and AC kept up at 67° which was really nice! We had a few hicups with the trailer, but Monique was professional and resolved them and was available to answer all my questions regardless of how late it was. Thank you Monique and family for letting us borrow your beautiful trailer. Until next time!!!

Monique was pleasant and helpful. We were unable to confidently use the Toilet because the Black Tank Indicated that it could have been filling up very fast. We did not want to cause extra difficulty for her so we did not use it anymore on the start of the second day. However, We are grateful that we had a good family weekend. I am open to questions and suggestions as a current and future renter. Sanja 🏕️😊🏕️
