Plenty of storage for food•43in smart tv including Netflix, HBO, Stars, and Disney Plus*Fireplace for those cozy nights* Bathroom will be stocked with Hand soap, hand towels, Poo-Pourri, Shower caddy, fresh clean towels, toilet paper, which is a special type only made for RV’s. Nothing else can be flushed due to blockage•Outdoor
-beer fridge, small breakfast griddle, portable shower, storage•Pets are allowed but must be supervised at all times any damage will cause a Fee

A $500 smoking fee will be assessed if rental is returned with smoke odor and/or evidence of smoking inside.• Clogged Black Tank will be $300.00•If anything other than toilet paper ends up in the tanks and causes clogging, fee will be assessed.
