Responsive, supportive, but inconsistent
Joe is noted for being responsive, providing info, and being available for questions. However, some guests reported unexpected extra charges for cleaning/gas and two bookings were canceled by the host.

5.0Everything went smoothly! The RV was in great shape, and all the systems worked without a hitch. Joe was super responsive and gave us all the info we needed for the trip. I'd definitely recommend Joe to others and consider renting from him again!
