Beautiful trailer ready to make memories. Welcome to our trailer. This is a 2018 Sportsman Travel Trailer, fully self-sustainable, in great condition. It has a front queen size bed private room and two rear queen size bunk beds that can sleep 2 persons each. Our trailer has a dinette table that folds into a one person bed and a leather sofa that also folds into a one person bed. If you are not on full hookups, this trailer carries 35 gallons of water. Propane water heater, stovetop and outside stove. Air conditioner and furnace heater. One slide out that provides an ample living room. 2 TV’s with DVD player. All around sounds inside and outside of the trailer that can play your favorite music. Tons of storage space throughout the trailer. Bring your extra linens.We take pride in the cleanliness of our trailer and hope you do to. We provide cleaning supplies and disinfectant should an accident happen. Need it dropped off locally, please contact me with details and we can try and work something out. Holiday rental will require a 3 day minimum. Cosa è inclusoWe include fresh linens, 2 camping chairs, RV Toilet Paper, Plastic Utensils, Coffee Machine, Toaster, Outside BBQ Grill, Outside floor rug. If your looking to make a drive, Mammoth Lakes or anywhere in the Sierra Mountains is great. Altre cose di cui prendere notaWe ask that you please clean out the gray and black tanks. We will show you all you need to know. I will charge a small convenience fee if you would like us to do it.
