New travel trailer with queen front sleeping area, rear bunk beds, couch bed and dining table bed (sleeps 6). Light weight at only 6,400 lbs, requires 2 5/16 ball. No slide outs. Easy to use without intimidation for inexperienced renters. The awening HAS Been Removed due to repeated damage, otherwise, looks and functions as brand new. Camper is cleaned and sterilized between rentals. Full propane tank included with each rental. My general delivery range is maximum of 60 miles from Perkinston Mississippi.
