Returns are due from 8am until noon, at 12:01 you are late and may incurr a late fee. Pick up is from 3pm until 5pm at 5:01 you are late and may incurr a late fee. If there is evidence of smoking in the unit we will deduct $250 from your security deposit. Please do not climb on the roof. Please make sure to clean up after yourself. If this is returned uncleared then we will deduct $100 from your security deposit. Please empty both Grey and Black water tanks. If unit is returned with tanks filled we will deduct $100 from your security deposit. NO PETS ALLOWED. We all love our pets but this is not a pet friendly unit. Evidence of pets will result in a $100 fee. Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to neglience, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result. If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided. Due to smell concerns no cleaning or cooking of fish is allowed in the rig. Plan to cook the fish outside. Evidence of cleaning or cooking of fish inside the rig will result in a $100 fee.
