No smoking of any kind in the unit, including all Electric or Vape. No pets allowed No use of the awning. It is not covered by the insurance. There is a mandatory fee of $1000.00 minimum for any damage to the awning during rental. no exceptions. No jumping or playing on furniture, tables, beds/bunks, sofas, counters ledges, shelves.
