You want to have just a quick get-a-way or tend to stay for a few nights under the starts, this is your unit! Private bedroom with queen size bed and storage, as well as a jackknife sofa and dual double sized bunks, you have space for everyone.Kitchen has double sinks, microwave, 3 burner stove, fridge and oven. Space for all the amenities in the pantry and cabinets. Bathroom has linen closet in shower and room for all the linens! LED TV for entertainment and CD player.Awning for those misty mornings sitting outside with coffee, or those bright sun evenings to enjoy the nature outside! This also has an outside kitchen with two burner stove and refrigerator. Come and enjoy the days away in this unit!!What's Included:
• Cookware, dishes, bowls, strainer, misc plastic containers
• Utensils, silverware, can opener, measuring spoons, knives for cooking
• Cutting board, baking sheet
• Coffee pot/cups, toaster, strainer
• Broom/dustpan or Swiffer, trash can/bags, first aid kit
What you will need to bring:

Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim.
