By signing the rental agreement and by providing a copy of your driving license and 2 recent documents as proof of address you are consenting to us holding and processing your data as outlined in the General Data Protection Rules. Your data will only be used if required in relation to your rental and will only ever be passed on to a third party in the event of an incident where our insurers need your details to file a claim. You are also accepting responsibility for any parking fines or fixed penalty fines that may be issued while the vehicle in under hire.
