This is a 4 year old 2022 Jayco bunkhouse! It has a bright farmhouse-style interior with many amenities! The master bedroom has ample space to move around a spacious queen size bed. Each bedside has a storage closet with a rod for hanging clothes or storing personal items. There are two oversize bunks at the other end of the trailer in addition to a pull out couch and dinette that converts to a sleeping area. The bottom bunk folds up to allow a bigger storage area to bring your large items. The kitchen is amazing! It comes with a full pantry to stock all of your necessities as well as an 8 cubic foot fridge and freezer - larger than you'll find in many other campers. There is a decent counter space that includes a pop-up outlet to charge all of your electronic devices. This camper has two amazing entrances - one in the main part of the camper into the living area and one directly into the bathroom. The kids can sleep while the parents have fun without disturbing the littles! Outside features a retractable awning for those rainy days, outdoor shower, outdoor speakers with bluetooth available, an outdoor mini fridge and camp stove.What we will do to make your stay in our camper the best!
~ All needed kitchen dishes, cups, utensils, cooking utensils and cooking ware are available for your use! This includes a french press coffee maker and Keurig! Kitchen linens are available for your use as well.
~ Beds will be made with fresh linens for each rental
~ Doggy dishes and other pet items will be provided
~Toilet paper and one roll of paper towels provided
~Kids games and activities will be stored under the dinette area
~If you are camping, all the fixings for smores will be provided!
~Camping chairs providedAll fresh water hoses, power cables, and black water/drainage hoses provided. Additionally, all wheel blocks, jacks and any footing needed for jacks will be provided. Dan and Kimberly were great, super helpful. Dropped off the camper and set it up, walked me through everying in detail. Pickup was very easy too. Would definitely rent from them again. I would also recommend Dan and Kimberly to anyone looking to rent a camper.

Had another wonderful experience with Kimberly and Dan. They are consummate hosts delivering the RV to my site making sure everything was 💯 and even coming the next day to make sure systems were working properly. A joy to work with. I would highly recommend them!!

We had an AWESOME time in the Frate's camper. It was clean, user friendly, up-to-date, and had a very comfy queen bed! We were comfortable throughout the week during hot and chilly temps outside. Dan answered any and every question I had, and they were just so easy to work with. I was very grateful for the amenities and utensils stocked inside the camper as well. 10/10 recommend! Thanks Frate fam!

Hi! We're the Frate family and live in Penfield, NY. We have a 15 yr old son and 2 year old daughter. We have 1 cat and are busy all the time! We are a military family and Dan has been in the army for over 20 years. We LOVE the outdoors and love being in the woods. Our favorite place to camp is at Nick's Lake in the Adirondacks. We love using this camper and invite you to do the same! We will make sure your trip is amazing!
