2.0I would not rent this van again. The van itself as a car is not bad, but they charge you 175 bucks for a "prep fee" and then give you a dirty van. The dishes were all dirty and oily. The mattress and the sheets are all old and covered in stains. The pillows were thin and old. The surfaces are dirty and grimy. They don't provide any hand towels either. Also, the van says it can sleep 6 people, more like it can sleep six babies on one full-size bed, not adults nor children. Unless they sleep on the ground, which still doesn't fit 6 people. Also the owner expect people to pay the fees that Outdoorsy takes from the hosts? Like that is the price of doing business through a website service like Etsy or Airbnb, they take a cut. It is not my job to make up for that cut. Also I have to clean the van when I return it? Why are people paying you to "prep" the van then? So you get extra free money?? Not my job. I paid for a clean van and got a dirty van. Don't recommend unless you really need a van and don't care about cleaning it yourself.

5.0Our experience with our host, Keith, could not have been better. He was oustanding throughout the entire process from all requests, questions, availability (even in the middle of the night when we didn;t know how to turn off interior lights) and his responsiveness to all our needs. We totally found his approach to this experience as relaxed, no pressure, very supportive, and overall just very at ease. His Sprinter RV couldn't have been better thought out and easy to use and we would recommend him to anyone,
