Most guests praised the easy delivery and pickup service, along with a quick RV run-through. However, one guest experienced poor communication regarding a delayed delivery.
Spacious, but beds uncomfortable
Spacious interior, effective heating, and convenient double doors. While well-stocked and maintained, guests reported mattresses were thin, making beds uncomfortable and feeling like sleeping on boards, a discrepancy with website photos.

5.0The Rim Retreat was perfect! We spent the weekend after Christmas in Williams and this was the perfect way to camp and stay warm. The beds were comfortable, the linen smelled good and the camper was well stocked! We cant wait for our next trip!

5.0We had such a great time out camping and the team there was so easy to work with! We showed up and the RV was delivered to our exact spot and they came back and picked it up, making everything so easy and enjoyable for our family! The RV was beautiful and well taken care of!

3.5The rim retreat trailer was extremely spacious. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 4 kids. The heat worked well, and the double doors were very convenient. Delivery was pretty seamless (one linen set missing, but rectified quickly). Now for the downside… the primary reason for renting a trailer was for comfort while camping, but the beds were anything but comfortable. They actually didn’t even look like mattresses, rather they looked like mattress toppers with plywood underneath. Needless to say, it felt like sleeping on a board. The website photos show decent mattresses, specifically in the bunk beds, but what we received was much much thinner. If the beds had decent mattresses, I would definitely consider renting again.

5.0Absolutely will be renting again! Pick up and drop off was a breeze and the trailer was perfect! They gave us a quick run through of everything worked and we were on our way for a great adventure! They made it so easy!

3.0Communication on the campers delayed delivery time was poor. I received an initial call letting me know the delivery would be delayed by 2 hours and we should expect the camper to arrive at 5:00 pm. At 6:30 pm the camper was not delivered I started to get worried as I was with my family with young kids and still no camper. I called both the cell phone and main number repeatedly and left messages. Finally I got through to some one and they did not know that the camper still had not been delivered. I received a call back letting me know that the delivery driver had car issues and would be there with the camper shortly. They did arrive and set up the camper, they could not have been nicer. Just wish the communication was better.
