We did have a couple problems: 1)When we got to Roosevelt lake and got the trailer set up, we started the generator with no problems. It ran for about 20 minutes and then died. (I did call your office at about 4:30pm, nobody answered and I did leave a message)When we tried to start it again it wouldn’t start. We let it sit for about an hour and tried again. It started right up and ran for about 30 minutes before it died again. Once again, it wouldn’t start until we let it sit for a while. Unfortunately we were not able to us the generator due to the mechanical issues. We ended up having to use a generator from one of the other people in our camp. 2) the battery/batteries would not hold a charge. After about an hour after turning off the generator, the water pump would not work at all and the lights were extremely dim. I am hoping you will adjust my bill crediting me for at least the cost of the generator that I was not able to use. Please let me know and send me a copy of my invoice. Thank you, Tammy Pistol
