We had trouble with the water pump. Several times one of us were stuck in shower with no water. There was plenty of water in tank and the pump was on. Each time it took 5 to 10 minutes and then it would resume. We had Couples Retreat. Also, not a single mirror.
The battery died after 12 hours, but that was resolved quickly! Thank you

The arrangement for meeting were a little confusing - Outdoorsy contradicted what the host said. That said, Walter, the delivery man, was awesome! Overall the trip was great. The trailer could use updates - the fridge was iffy. It was comfortable. we would do it again - now that we know what we are doing, it would be less stressful planning the "meet".

Each year we seen to have a couple problems, but each year they do their best to remedy the problems. If there was another company that offered this same service, we might look elsewhere; but since there is not, we'll likely be a return customer again.

Might consider getting a replacing the generator. Had a hard time getting it to work

Walter was amazing with excellent customer service.
We had small issues, but the repair was very timely, so you can’t ask for anything more. Great job, will rent again and again.
