The Rolling Chateau is ready for your next adventure. Will that be on a wine tasting tour, escaping to the lakes or beaches, exploring the national forests, or anywhere else you can imagine.Our unit is located in the beautiful Central Coast wine country. We can rent you everything you need or you can stock it yourself! Master suite has a king sized bed, overhead bunk, sofa and table convertible to sleepers.We are mindful of those with asthma and allergies (ourselves included). AC vents/filters are cleaned in between every rental.No special license endorsements required. Ford F350, 30 Amp.
This is a non-smoking, non-vaping vehicle.Cosa è inclusoThere is no need to sacrifice comfort when camping! We have included a luxurious 2”memory foam topper for the master. RV also features 3 TV's (Master, Living Room and Outdoor), DVD player, an outdoor shower, sink, fridge and awning. Lots of storage space!4’ outdoor table, 2 camping chairs, coffee maker (5 cup), pots and pans, potholder, dishes, silverware, utensils, 2 dishtowels, kitchen sponge, placemats, cutting board, dish drying rack, bath shower & floor mat, living space throw pillows, fresh bedding, towels, hypoallergenic water proof mattress protector on master and overhead bunk.Stocked with board games: scrabble, yahtzee, uno, playing cards.Also included: drinking water hose (25'), gray water hose, dump hose (15'), socket set, channel lock wrench, 4 cargo tie down straps, codex cable cord (25')RaccomandazioniTraveling is our favorite thing to do as a family. Bikes, scooters, or other recreational equipment is not allowed to be transported inside the RV or attached to the bumper. A bike rack attached to the trailer hitch may be installed for transporting.
When using artificial grass, please make sure to shake off before folding and returning to the storage compartment you removed it from (drivers side).
When using camping gear, please do your best to return to the storage compartment (compartments have labels for your convenience).
Guests are expected to wipe down surfaces and sweep the unit daily. The stove and microwave must be wiped down after each use.
