Before pickup we offer a comprehensive one on one to show how to use everything in the trailer. Plus we include a handbook of instructions on how to use everything. Educates renters thoroughly
Marcus/owners provided helpful explanations before trips, educating renters on the RV. They were responsive to texts and answered all questions quickly, making them a pleasure to work with.
Comfortable but had appliance issues
The "Wildwood Bunkhouse" offered a comfortable and spacious stay with useful amenities. However, issues were reported including an un-emptied waste tank and a non-functional refrigerator (gas or electric).

3.0The waste tank wasn’t emptied so the bathroom smelled. Everything else was pretty clean. Expensive for what you get.

3.0The owners were great to work with and whenever I texted them the response time was quick. Answered all my questions. The trailer was clean and ready to go. The only thing that was not great was the Refrigerator did not seem to work at all on gas or electric so we did not have anyway to keep our meat and dairy items cold. Other than that, nice outing.
